ROOM RATES

The costs are VAT-inclusive and for one person for one day.

There aren’t supplements for children with age below 3 years old, because they sleep in the same bed of their parents or in a your bed.

For a only one night of sojourn there is a supplement of 20.00 euro to day for one person, for two nights 10 euro to day for one person.

HOW TO CONFIRM BOOKING

It is possible to book by telephone or by internet. To confirm a booking it is necessary a down payment of about 30% of the total cost of the stay to:

The payment will be shown sending a copy of the transfer by email. The total cost will be payed to your arrival in the farm before the possession of the room.

In the case of deletions the the pay in advanced will be lost.

The farm is completely enclosed.

Every guest has free access in every hour of the day and the night without notice.

You can enter the inner car park freely.

Check in  at 1.00 pm o’clock. Check out at 11.00 am o’clock.
